Getting a will set up with us is so simple. Whatever your situation, everybody should have one to avoid the law deciding everything for you (under the Administration of Estates Act 1925). Keep it up to date throughout life, make changes to it following key events such as births, marriage, divorce or death of people named in your Will and address these changes or you may just want to reflect new wishes.
